Noisy, heavy carts rolled above the room at all hours 5:45 am till 1:30 am the next day. The staff would not do anything to correct the noise even after 4 complaints filed. I asked them to do it 8 am to 10pm, no accommodation from the staff. Well, the bottom line is, I won't be going on that ship again.
Deck 1 · Starboard · MidshipOverall the room was great. Window view was good, no obstructions. Even though the room is situated close to the nightclub, we didn’t have any issues with noise. It’s close to the elevator, which is nice. The only negative was that it didn’t have a fridge or safe. We have always stayed on the sixth floor prior to this trip, and both were always in the room. We called guest services, and they said both could be requested; we ended up not getting either. Not sure if this was a change for all rooms or just specific to the first floor.

We had a great ocean view! It was a little tight between the window and the bed. The cabin was kept clean and neat. I loved the towel animals and having the bed turned down. Natanael was our wnderful cabin steward.
