Renovations included the following: In 2020, the Carnival Victory was refurbished and its name changed to the Carnival Radiance. The full dry dock upgrades cost Carnival $200 million and included all of the latest and greatest Carnival upgrade features.

 During the six-month dry dock in Cadiz, Spain, many renovations were applied to the Radiance. Included were the following additions and upgrades: new dining venues including Guy's Pig and Anchor BBQ Smokehouse, Fahrenheit 555 Steakhouse, Bonsai Sushi, Cucina del Capitano Italian Restaurant, RedFrog Pub, Piano 88 lounge, Chef's Table VIP dining experience, Big Chicken Shaq restaurant; the dry dock included the addition of roughly 70 staterooms in varying category; WaterWorks aqua park was refurbished and AquaTunnel added along with SportSquare with ropes course; all cruise ship cabins were upgraded as well. Prior to the 2020 dry dock, the ship was refurbished In Jan of 2018 and received a FunShip 2.0 upgrade, complete with the following features: RedFrog Bar, BlueIguana Tequila Cantina, Guy's Burger Joint, Alchemy Bar, DJ IRIE, Punchliner's Comedy Club, Hasbro Game, EA Sports Bar, Library Bar, Taste Bar, & Carnival Steakhouse. Additionally, the following was added to the Radiance Bonsai Sushi; Cherry On Top; Seafood Shack.
