There is no coat check or space on-site to leave your belongings, therefore, we encourage you to leave such items and anything similar at your accommodation.; All visitors, including children, must present a valid government-issued ID to enter the Colosseum.

What to bring: Please bring a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on your ticket, we recommend comfortable walking shoes and attire for uneven terrain, consider sunscreen and a water bottle, especially in summer, please keep your tour day open and flexible as Colosseum tour times may change due to ticketing, bring a covering because shoulders and knees must be covered to enter the Basilica di Santa Maria.
