- At check-in, a valid photo ID and the printed day pass are collected at the front desk and held until departure.

Getting to Resort for a Day - RIU Montego Bay
Meeting point
Bookings must be completed at least 2 days before arriving so that shuttle logistics can be arranged.
Getting there
Deluxe motor coach transfers are included from both the Montego Bay and Falmouth cruise piers. The ride from Montego Bay is roughly 20 minutes; from Falmouth, approximately 40 minutes. Shuttles depart 45 minutes after the ship's arrival and return guests 2 hours ahead of the scheduled departure. Ships docking at or before 7:30 AM local Jamaica time trigger an 8:30 AM local shuttle departure.
