- After purchasing online, resort passes are emailed the same day.
- Guests must print the passes and bring them to the resort.
- At check-in, a valid photo ID and the printed day pass are collected at the front desk and held until departure.
- Electronic passes are not accepted and will slow the check-in process.
- Additional directions and tips for the visit are printed on the pass itself.
Getting to Resort for a Day - Iberostar Rose Hall
Getting there
Round-trip deluxe motor coach transport is provided from the Montego Bay cruise pier (approximately 30 minutes) and the Falmouth cruise pier (approximately 17 minutes). The shuttle leaves 45 minutes after the ship docks and returns guests 2 hours before the ship's departure. When a vessel arrives at or before 7:30 AM local Jamaica time, the shuttle departs at 8:30 AM local time.
