Getting to the resort

Roundtrip transfers from the cruise terminal are included. A driver meets guests at the guest services waiting area at the port, holding a sign displaying the Bay Gardens logo and the guest's name. For ships docking at 9:00 AM or earlier, the shuttle departs between 9:30 and 9:45 local time. Later arrivals are picked up within one hour of the ship docking. Travel time to Bay Gardens Beach Resort is roughly 25 minutes or more depending on traffic. The return shuttle leaves from the hotel lobby 90 minutes before the ship's departure; exact timing is confirmed at the front desk on arrival. Guests requiring accessible transport should email info@resortforaday.com right after booking so arrangements can be made with the transfer provider.
