Roundtrip transfers from the cruise terminal are included. A driver meets guests at the guest services waiting area at the port, carrying a sign with the Bay Gardens logo and the guest's name. Ships arriving by 9:00 AM trigger a shuttle departure between 9:30 and 9:45 local time. For later arrivals, pickup occurs within one hour of docking. The drive to Bay Gardens Beach Resort takes approximately 25 minutes or longer based on traffic. The return shuttle leaves from the hotel lobby 90 minutes before the ship departs; the precise time is confirmed at reception upon arrival.
