Jamaican Beach DayGrab your swimsuit, sunscreen, and beach towel and get ready for a fun day on the powdery-white sand of a beautiful Jamaican beach where the crystal-clear Caribbean waters await.Located approximately 15 minutes from the cruise terminal you will reach your destination where your beach chair will be waiting for you (beach umbrellas are not included but can be rented for $10 USD each). You will also find on the beach cabanas that include beach beds, cushions, and drapes (these also can be rented, not included in the price of the tour, for $60 USD).There is never a dull moment at this beach paradise as reggae music fills the air alongside the sound of the soothing waves. Learn some new dance moves from the friendly staff who are more than happy to teach you the latest steps.There are optional non-motorized water sports available at an additional cost as well. Maybe you would like to take out a kayak, paddleboat, or snorkel? Pricing and reservations are made directly with the independent water-sports operator on the beach.After approximately three hours of beach time you will make your way back to town and visit the historic area of Falmouth for lunch, sightseeing and shopping.A delicious and authentic Jamaican style lunch of 'jerk' can be found in town (at your own expense and your own choice) to make this special day even more memorable. A visit to the Old Georgian Building, Water Square, the Old Port, St. Peter's Anglican Church (built-in 1796) and the old Courthouse of 1817 are a few of the historic landmarks to see.Make your way back to the pier area and your ship on your comfortable return transportation.

Falmouth is the chief town and capital of the parish of Trelawny in Jamaica. It is situated on Jamaica's north coast 18 miles east of Montego Bay. It is noted for being one of the Caribbean's best-preserved Georgian towns. The town was meticulously planned from the start, with wide streets in a regular grid, adequate water supply, and public buildings. It had piped water earlier than New York City.
