- A valid photo ID and a printed day pass must be presented at check-in; both are held at the front desk until departure to the cruise terminal.
- Following the online purchase, passes are emailed the same day.
- Print and bring them along, as they are mandatory for resort check-in.
- Day pass purchases remain available up to the day before arrival in port, though space is limited and early booking is strongly encouraged.
Getting to the resort
Getting there
Deluxe motor coach transfers are provided from the Ocho Rios cruise terminal in Jamaica. The drive to the property takes roughly 20 minutes. Shuttles leave 45 minutes after the cruise ship's scheduled arrival and return guests 2 hours before the ship's departure time. When ships arrive at 7:30 a.m. or earlier (local Jamaica time), the shuttle departs at 8:30 a.m. instead.
