You’ll choose between the two set dinner times—5:45 PM or 8:00 PM—at check-in or by visiting the dining room on Deck 8 or Guest Services shortly after embarkation, as it’s a first-come, first-served process. On the Margaritaville at Sea Islander, Fins operates with open seating from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM, so no reservations are needed; you simply arrive during those hours, though you might wait during peak times.
