Pricing
$4.50 to $7.00 per scoop
The Gelateria, which is usually found next to or near the Café al Bacio venue on Celebrity ships, is not complimentary and charges an à la carte price per serving. While the pastries, cookies, and desserts at Café al Bacio are free, the authentic, artisan gelato and sorbet are an extra charge, typically priced around $4.50 to $7.00 per scoop or item (like a cone, cup, or specialty preparation like an Affogato). Guests who are Captain's Club Elite or higher often receive a voucher for one free scoop per cruise.
Attire
Gelateria recommended attire, according to Celebrity, is "cruise casual" - including collared shirts, slacks, or jeans (no rips) for men, and blouses, sundresses, or pants for women, with no swimwear, tank tops, or flip-flops.
How to reserve
No reservations are necessary at Gelateria. Customers are served on a first-come-first-served basis.
