Celebrity Summit is a Millenium-class ship built in 2001, tied for the #13 ship in the Celebrity fleet by size, and thoroughly modernized in a 2019 Revolution refit that redesigned its staterooms and refreshed its dining rooms, lounges and spa. Across 11 passenger decks, its 12 dining venues include Tuscan Grille for handmade pasta and dry-aged steaks, Sushi On Five with panoramic views, and the playful, iPad-menu Qsine. Evenings might start on the dramatic staircases of the Grand Foyer, then move to Crush, with its ice-topped martini bar, or Cellar Masters for sommelier-picked wines before a Broadway-style show at The Theater. On deck 10, the glass-enclosed Solarium, an adult retreat with a thalassotherapy pool, sits near the Persian Garden thermal suite, while kids head to Camp At Sea and the Rooftop Terrace screens films under the stars.
