There, you'll be able to choose from available specialty restaurants like the Steakhouse, Rudi’s Seagrill, or Bonsai Teppanyaki, select your preferred date and time, and complete payment if required. Booking early is recommended, as popular times and venues can fill up quickly.

Once onboard, you can make reservations to Scarletts Steakhouse through the Carnival HUB App, by visiting the restaurant in person, or by calling from your stateroom.
