Private Berlin & Sachsenhausen Shore Excursion from Warnemünde and Rostock Port
This shore excursion combines our classic All-in-One Best of Berlin trip with a brief visit to the largest concentration camp near Berlin: Sachsenhausen. We will pick you up directly at your cruise ship docking in Warnemünde or Rostock, and bring you to Berlin in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle. In Berlin you will meet your professional tour guide who will show you the highlights of the city and then take you to the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp Memorial for a brief visit. Please be aware, the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp Memorial is roughly a one hour drive from Berlin, so there is more time spent on the bus on this tour than our regular Berlin shore excursion. All of our experiences are adjusted to each ship’s docking times and start promptly after your vessel’s arrival, returning with plenty of time to spare before departure. We have been organizing shore excursions for nearly a decade and have never missed a ship’s departure.

- This tour will include some walking. Please make sure to bring comfortable footwear, weather appropriate clothing and an umbrella – just in case. You will be able to store your possessions on the bus – the door of the vehicle will be locked at all times when the driver is not on board.
- The route of the tour and time spent in Berlin is subject to ship’s docking times, traffic, special events and any other circumstances out of our control. Please note we will not be able to provide a refund if the touring time has to be shortened because of any of the above.
- Should there be any small children or infants joining the tour, please do let us know in advance
- Please bring some change in EUR for toilet stops, beverages and for lunch. Please ask our tour guide in Berlin to arrange for a stop at an ATM if you do not have EUR with you. US dollars are not accepted in Germany.
- According to the Sachsenhausen Memorial's official guidelines, inside visits are recommended only for children aged 14 and older due to the graphic nature of the exhibitions.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
