I explain Spain’s grape varieties, organic viticulture & really learn about wine with a unique revealing behind the scenes tour. No tour is identical, visiting small bodegas & Pago estates with a personal attention being our gold standard. We visit 2 fabulous wineries-90/94pt wines, long aged Cava & Ex. Virgin Olive oil + Optional artisan bobal tastings. Meet the owners at the bodegas, appreciate their top wines & understand more about Cava!
