- Depending on where your ship docks, a 5 minute walk followed by either a 12 minute or a 35 minute ferry ride (not included in excursion price) from the cruise pier.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sensible, flat-soled walking shoes. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen is suggested.
- The zoo is located on a slope. Although it is wheelchair accessible, guests should have someone with them to push. Wheelchairs are available to borrow for free at the zoo with advanced notice at time of booking. Some behind the scenes areas may not be fully accessible and/or have a small number of steps. Strollers are also available for an additional charge. Children 3 years of age or younger may attend the tour free of charge.
Excursion purchases are fully refundable outside of 14 days prior to the tour date. Beginning on the 14th day prior to the tour date, excursion purchases are non-refundable.
