- Numerous bus stops throughout Stavanger. The closest stop is at the cruise ship pier.
- Comfortable lightweight summer clothing and walking shoes is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised, and photo-chromatic lenses for those who wear spectacles.
- Guests must be able to step up onto and off of the bus. To access the upper deck, a narrow staircase must be climbed. Fold up wheelchairs can be stored based on space available.
