The first leg of our tour will be by bus from downtown Basseterre as we View the Egret birds that dates back 400 years. Stop the bus at any time for photos. We drive pass the Wingfield Estate , where ruins of the old Estate and what the archaeologists have unearthed .The journey continues to La Vallée Train Depot originally built between 1912 and 1926 to deliver sugar cane from the fields to the sugar mill in Basseterre.for a ninety minute scenic railway ride along a line that once transported sugar cane down the coastline of St. Kitts.
