- An approximate 10 to 15-minute taxi or Uber/Lyft (approximately $15 to $20 US each way, not included) is required to reach your departure location. Full details will be provided in your electronic ticket upon confirmation.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sensible, closed-toe shoes. A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are also suggested.
- Guests must weigh less than 275 pounds, and children must be at least 1 year old to participate. This tour is not wheelchair, walker, or stroller accessible. Guests should know how to ride a bike and should feel comfortable doing so. Please note the following: guests are required to have their card on file. To hold a card on file, you will be charged $1; however, if something happens to the bike, you will be charged for damages. Alternatively, you can opt into their insurance program which would cost $5, but no future charges will be incurred in case of an accident.
Excursion purchases are fully refundable outside of 14 days prior to the tour date. Beginning on the 14th day prior to the tour date, excursion purchases are non-refundable.
