Dolphin Encounter and Water Park
This program is ideal for children of all ages. Enjoy personal interaction with these fascinating marine mammals. Aftwerwards enjoy an outstanding waterpark including waterslides, a lazy river, a dolphin show, and a sea lion show.
Have the experience of a lifetime as you and your companions interact with dolphins in a sensational and safe environment in small groups of up to 20 guests. Your professional instructor will teach you about dolphins, their environment, and their behavior. You will also learn several training techniques during this approximately 20-minute orientation session. Then, you'll be ready to stand on a platform in the water and play with the dolphins! This includes petting and kissing the dolphins, an experience you and the family will never forget! The total experience time, including the orientation, is 45 minutes. A professional photographer will be on hand, taking pictures. Photos are available for an additional fee. After the Dolphin Encounter, enjoy the outstanding water park where the Dolphin Encounter is located, including water slides, a lazy river, a dolphin show, and a sea lion show. The cost of the dolphin encounter includes admission to the water park, ensuring a fun-filled, action-packed day. You may observe someone participating in a dolphin program by paying the admission fee to the park. Please Note: The tour duration is for the dolphin interaction only. It does not include time at the water park, as this is on your own, or the time required to transfer to and from the park. Bring along cash for locker rental, as well as for food and beverage purchases. Shower and restroom facilities are available. The park's hours of operation are 10 AM - 5 PM. Water attractions operate from 11 AM - 5 PM. The opening hours are subject to change without notice. Guests ages 60-79 may participate in all dolphin programs provided they are fully independent, have no medical or mobility limitations, and can swim unassisted. Guests ages 80 and over may participate in the Dolphin Encounter only; other interactive dolphin programs are not permitted.

- An approximately 20 to 30-minute taxi ride (not included, approximately $20 to 30 US each way) is required to reach your departure location.
- We recommend wearing a swimsuit under comfortable clothing and shoes. A towel, sunglasses, and biodegradable sunscreen (for after the dolphin portion) is recommended. Sunblock, jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, or any object which might scratch the dolphin is not permitted in the water with the dolphins.
- Children ages 1 to 7 years old OR shorter than 4 feet tall must be accompanied by one participating adult (18 years or older) per child. Children ages 8 years old or older OR taller than 3 feet 11 inches can participate on their own (without at least 1 adult per child). Guests ages 60–79 may participate in all dolphin programs provided they are fully independent, have no medical or mobility limitations, and can swim unassisted. Guests ages 80 and over may participate in the Dolphin Encounter only; other interactive dolphin programs are not permitted. Pregnant women may not participate in this tour for safety reasons. You do not need to be a swimmer to participate in this program. All participants are required to wear a life jacket. Sunblock, jewelry, watches, rings, bracelets, or any object which might scratch the dolphin is not permitted in the water with the dolphins. The instructors have the final say on what can and cannot be worn in the water with the dolphins. For security reasons, personal cameras are not allowed in the water, nor in the program area. A professional photographer will be on hand to take pictures, which will be available for purchase.

Excursion purchases are fully refundable outside of 14 days prior to the tour date. Beginning on the 14th day prior to the tour date, excursion purchases are non-refundable.
