After savoring the city's charm, we hop on the bus for a scenic ride on the Malecon, culminating at the venerable 16th-century Fort San Felipe of Puerto Plata. Standing before this fortress, the expansive views of the Puerto Plata Harbor unfurl, highlighting its historical defense significance. Our next stop is Adventure Park. - An approximate 8 to 25-minute walk from the cruise ship pier is required to reach your departure location. Full details will be provided in your electronic ticket upon confirmation.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sensible, closed-toe walking shoes.
- The minimum age for horseback riding is 3 years old; younger children may participate only in the sightseeing portion of the tour. The maximum weight for horseback riding is 260 pounds. Guests may not consume alcohol before riding. This tour is not recommended for pregnant guests or those with heart conditions, back or mobility issues, crutches, or prostheses.
- Food & beverages: A local lunch of rice, beans, fried chicken, fried plantain, eggplant, vegetables and salad will be provided along with bottled water. Additional beverages such as alcoholic drinks, sodas, and juices can be purchased for an additional fee (not included).
Excursion purchases are fully refundable outside of 14 days prior to the tour date. Beginning on the 14th day prior to the tour date, excursion purchases are non-refundable.
