Private Transfer Puerto Caldera to San Jose Airport
For guests who want the flexibility of designing their own transfer, a private vehicle is the answer.
Vehicles come with a professional driver, are air-conditioned, and have space for one large suitcase and one carry-on per guest. Driving time between Puerto Caldera and the airport is approximately 90 minutes. Most International flights require check-in 3 hours before departure. Please be aware that the driver cannot act as a tour guide. Private Vehicle Bookings do not include guides, entrance fees, refreshments, or gratuities. The type of vehicle used will be determined by the number of guests booked and the amount of luggage. Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one carry-on per guest. Excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle or an additional vehicle. Guests with excessive luggage should book additional seats based on the amount of excess luggage (one seat per 2 suitcases over limit). Guests showing up with excessive luggage who did not book accordingly will be responsible for any additional transportation required and any resulting delay.

- An approximate 5-minute walk from the cruise ship pier is required to reach your departure location. Full details will be provided in your electronic ticket upon confirmation.
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed toe, sensible walking shoes.
- It is advised to book your transfer no less than 2 hours after ships scheduled arrival to allow for the unloading of luggage and the ship's clearance. Early disembarkation must be arranged by the guest with the cruise line once on board the ship.
Excursion purchases are fully refundable outside of 14 days prior to the tour date. Beginning on the 14th day prior to the tour date, excursion purchases are non-refundable.
