- An approximate 3-minute walk, or an approximate 15 to 30-minute taxi (not included, approximately 7 EUR each way), is required to reach your departure location. Full details will be provided in your electronic ticket upon confirmation
- We recommend wearing comfortable shoes with rubber soles, a windbreaker coat, and a hat. We also suggest bringing a waterproof bag to store your phone and/or camera.
- The minimum age to participate is 6 years old, and children must be accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. Guests must be in good physical condition to participate. Absolutely no guests who have any type of limited mobility or heart conditions, back problems or are pregnant may participate.
Excursion purchases are fully refundable outside of 14 days prior to the tour date. Beginning on the 14th day prior to the tour date, excursion purchases are non-refundable.
