- Food & beverages: Lunch starts with a local selection of caponata with eggplant (salad) or parmigiana (baked dish). Followed by a Sicilian-style pizza topped with pistachios, eggplant, or anchovies and olives. Two glasses of local Sicilian wine will be included. For guests under 18 years old, water and juice will be served. For dessert, you can choose between a cannoli with ricotta or biancomangiare (milk pudding). Please note that the menu may vary based on seasonal ingredients available on the day of your tour.
