- Winter Schedule (October – April): First departure from Stop 1 at 9:45am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 5:45pm. Frequency: every 30 minutes. Tour duration: 60 minutes
- Porto - Gaia Walking Tour departs every day at 3pm. Meeting Point: Stop 1 Batalha
- Historic Centre Walking Tour (included in the Supreme Experience ticket only): Departs daily at 12pm from Stop 2 on the Red Route
- Night-time panoramic bus tour (not a hop-on hop-off bus tour - included in the 48-hour Supreme Experience ticket):
- January, February, November & December: at 6pm. March: at 7pm. April: at 8pm. May, June, July and August: at 9pm. September: at 8pm. October: at 7pm. Departure Point: Stop 2 on the Red Line (Palacio da Justica)

- Stop 7 on the Red Line is temporarily out of use due to roadworks on Avenida da Boavista
- From Saturday 19th September, on Saturdays and Sundays, Stop 9 on the Red Line will be out of service due to the "Porto na Praca" initiative. Buses will stop at the nearby STCP Line 500 stop when possible
- Please note, on Wednesday 14th October, the Museum of the 1st Demarcation will close at 1:15pm for a private event
