You will see a short demonstration on how Jamaican jerk chicken is seasoned. This is not a cooking class, and guests do not prepare the meal. The farm's cooking team will take care of the cooking while you enjoy the rest of your visit. Spend time exploring the farm grounds, sample fruits in season, taste fresh sugarcane, and learn about organic farming practices. Visit the coffee area to hear about traditional growing techniques, and discover the many medicinal and healing herbs found on the property, including plants like moringa and neem. You may also see friendly farm animals such as native chickens and rabbits. After your farm visit, relax in the garden and take in wide views of Jamaica's north coast. You might spot local birds or seasonal butterflies while you unwind. Then enjoy a farm-fresh Jamaican lunch made with ingredients harvested directly from the property.
