- Children aged 0 to 11 are not allowed in the thermal area: they have access to two comfortable and safe pools and the swimming pool, all filled with seawater, in addition to the beach.
- The park is open every day from April 20 to October 31, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- The Wellness Center is open from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (from October 1, it closes 30 minutes earlier).
- Hydrofoil tickets will be sent via WhatsApp 24 hours in advance and must be shown to SNAV staff.
- To enter the Gardens, please present the booking confirmation voucher.
- IMPORTANT: The meeting point for the hydrofoil is Molo Beverello, located at the Port of Naples. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow enough time for the boarding procedures.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
