Next, you'll make your way to the Italian countryside to visit a local farmhouse, where you'll see first-hand how Italy's famous mozzarella cheese is made. You'll be able to taste some fresh cheese, as well. Then, visit the historic city Gragnano, whose name has become synonymous with some of the best pasta in Italy, an impressive feat. The city's main street was reportedly laid out expressly to harness the mountain and sea breezes for pasta makers to dry their hanging wares. On this tour, you'll visit a modern pasta factory and learn all about the pasta making process. After your guided tour of the pasta factory, enjoy a sampling of some of the town's famous pastas, accompanied by a glass of famed Italian wine. The meal will mark the fitting, delicious conclusion of your Amalfi adventure.
