During the experience, the chef will guide guests through the main steps of preparing and shaping the pizza dough and assembling the pizza. While participants do not prepare the ingredients themselves, they will witness firsthand how fresh, high-quality ingredients-including buffalo mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh basil from the Mount Vesuvius area-are used directly on the pizza. The final cooking process, enhanced with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the high temperature of the oven, brings the pizza to perfection.
