- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sensible, flat-soled walking shoes or sneakers. A hat, sunglasses, insect repellent, and sunscreen are advised. On hot days, lightweight clothing, such as shorts and a short-sleeved shirt, is suggested. During the rainy season, bringing an optional towel is recommended. Overall, please dress according to the day's weather forecast.
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible, and motorized scooters are not permitted. Strollers, collapsible wheelchairs, walkers, and luggage are allowed but must be handled independently by guests. This tour involves easy walking and no strenuous activities, with approximately 20 steps from the vehicle to the boat ramp. A 5-minute briefing at the airboat is expected. You may have to sign a waiver, depending on the airboat location. In case of rain ponchos are provided. There are no minimum or maximum age, weight, or height restrictions. Guests with limited mobility can join; however, those using wheelchairs must be able to transfer independently, as vehicles are not wheelchair accessible. A towel isn't necessary, but guests are free to bring one during the rainy season.
