The property is at 2365 Kaanapali Pkwy, Lahaina, HI 96761. Taxi service from the Lahaina cruise terminal takes roughly 10 minutes; from the Kahului cruise terminal, the ride is about 40 minutes. Cabs are readily available at both ports and accept cash, Visa, or Mastercard. Allow at least 2 hours before the ship's departure to travel back to the terminal.

Check-in at the resort requires both a printed pass and a cruise-line-issued ID. Any remaining balance must be paid on arrival.
