- We recommend wearing your swimsuit under comfortable clothing and shoes that can get wet. Guests should bring a hat, sunglasses, a towel, and sunscreen.
- This activity requires moderate physical health and wellness, as it takes place mostly in the open ocean outside the protection of Hilo Bay. Conditions can vary, with waves, wind, and rain possible. The tour has a minimum age requirement of 12 and is not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with back or mobility issues. It is not wheelchair accessible and has a maximum weight limit of 300 lbs. A valid photo ID may be required as proof of age for the consumption of alcoholic beverages, and the venue reserves the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated, are unruly, or are underage.
