Spa Pass: Offered from May 2025 through April 2026, this upgraded adults-only (18+) option adds entry to the spa's wet area, indoor pool, halotherapy room, sauna, Turkish bath, and jacuzzi, all crafted to promote deep relaxation during a port day. The Savoy Palace is situated at Avenida do Infante, Nº 25, 9004-542 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal. Taxis are readily available at the cruise terminal and accept Euros and credit cards (most drivers take only Visa or Mastercard). The ride from the port takes approximately 5 minutes, or guests can walk in about 15 minutes. Heading back to the ship at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure is recommended.
- Upon completing the online purchase, the day pass becomes immediately available for printing. An email confirmation with pass access is also sent for convenience. A printed pass and cruise-line-issued ID are required at resort check-in. Spa treatments are not included with the spa pass, and the spa option is restricted to guests aged 18 and older. Day rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 13.
