At the Agua Clara Lock, travelers will see the modern engineering of the Canal and the passage of enormous neopanamax vessels. At the historic Gatun Locks, you will discover the original system inaugurated in 1914, still in operation, and enjoy views of Lake Gatun, the heart of the Canal.
