Settle into palm-shaded hammocks and loungers on an expansive beach, and take advantage of unlimited beverages plus an oceanfront buffet just footsteps from the surf. Children can enjoy a covered playground, while everyone in the group has access to eco-park trails, nature walks, and jungle pathways. A tram shuttles guests between the beach and restaurant zones. Beach activities, cultural performances, and live music round out the entertainment. Thrill-seekers can tackle the complete zip line circuit, which includes multiple runs with all necessary safety equipment provided. Complimentary WiFi is included, along with curated cultural activities highlighting authentic island life.

KUZA features Cozumel's longest and most impressive stretch of private beachfront, equally suited to thrill-seekers and those looking to decompress. Guests can trek through jungle pathways, drift in the crystalline waters of El Cielo, or simply relax under the canopy. Multiple all-inclusive day pass packages are available, giving families a hassle-free way to experience Cozumel's highlights. Each visit offers opportunities to engage with the island's natural surroundings and local heritage.
Transportation is not part of this package. Taxis are easily accessible at both the cruise terminal and the property for the return trip. Allowing a 2-hour buffer before the ship's scheduled departure is advisable. Approximate taxi durations by pier: Punta Langosta — roughly 30 minutes; International Pier — roughly 25 minutes; Puerta Maya — roughly 25 minutes.
- Booking a day pass is straightforward. After completing an online purchase, passes arrive via email the same day. Print the passes and bring them along, as they must be shown at check-in. Passes remain available for purchase until the day prior to the port visit, though Kuza Park has very limited capacity, so early booking is strongly encouraged. Upon arrival, guests must finalize payment at the Kuza Park ticket office near the entrance. Each guest needs to present the day pass as proof of purchase to the ticketing staff during check-in. Age restriction: participants must be at least 8 years old, and anyone under 18 requires accompaniment and supervision by a parent or guardian. The zip line enforces a 250 lb maximum weight limit.
