KUZA features Cozumel's longest private beachfront, catering equally to thrill-seekers and those after a tranquil afternoon. Jungle trails wind through the property, El Cielo's transparent waters invite floating and wading, and shaded spots offer quiet retreats. Multiple all-inclusive day pass tiers are available, giving families and groups the flexibility to tailor their port day to their preferences while soaking in the island's natural surroundings and local culture.
Transfers are separate from the day pass, but taxis are plentiful at every cruise pier and at the park for the return trip. Plan to leave for the ship at least two hours ahead of sailing time. Approximate taxi durations by pier: Punta Langosta, about 30 minutes; International Pier, about 25 minutes; Puerta Maya, about 25 minutes.
- The online booking process is quick: purchase a day pass, receive confirmation via email the same day, and print it out for the trip. Passes can be bought up to the day before arrival in port, but Kuza Park has strict capacity limits, so securing a spot early is advisable. At the park entrance, guests must finalize payment at the Kuza Park ticket office and present the printed day pass as proof of purchase to ticketing staff during check-in.
Cancel or reschedule your day pass up until 48 hours prior to your cruise departure.
