- An approximate 5 to 10-minute walk from the cruise ship pier is required to reach the departure location, depending on your arrival pier. Full details will be provided in your electronic ticket upon confirmation.
- We recommend wearing comfortable seasonal clothing, walking shoes, reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. If participating in any of the water activities at the park, we recommend wearing your swimsuit under comfortable clothing and shoes that can get wet. Parts of the beach are rocky, so water shoes are encouraged. Be sure to bring a towel, if needed; the beach park does not supply complimentary beach towels, however towels are readily available for rent (approximately $6 US each) or purchase on-site. Lockers for personal belongings are also available for rent on-site at the park.
- This shore excursion is partially wheelchair accessible. Walkers, strollers, and wheelchairs are permitted within the park; however, not all areas are fully accessible. Transportation can accommodate walkers, strollers, and foldable wheelchairs, space permitting. Motorized scooters and other bulky equipment may be accommodated with advance notice so appropriate arrangements can be made. In strategic locations, there are ramps designed for wheelchair use that allow access to the beach area. Additionally, there are special wheelchairs for the sand available in the beach area on a first-come, first-serve basis. If these are unavailable, assistance is provided by transporting guests to the main restaurant using a support cart. All main areas are adapted for reduced mobility, but some activities are not suitable. Only light walking and no major climbing required. You may need to negotiate a few steps. Additional notes: Loungers, hammocks, and shaded areas available on a first-come basis. Activities and entertainment depend on weather and daily schedule. Buffet and bar service operate only during posted hours. Alcoholic beverages for guests 18+ only. Drinking before water activities is not allowed. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian; during water activities, the adult must stay within arm's reach. No diving, rough play, or unsafe behavior. Follow lifeguard and staff instructions at all times. KUZA may deny participation to guests under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or with health conditions that could pose risk (recent surgeries, heart problems, etc.). A signed waiver is required upon entry. Admission to the park and/or participation in aquatic, cultural, recreational, or adventure activities may be denied or restricted to any visitor deemed to pose a potential risk to their own safety or that of others. This includes, but is not limited to: altered states of consciousness or physical conditions that may present safety risks, such as heart problems, injuries, fractures, sprains, dislocations, cramps, or recent surgeries; medical indications; individuals prone to panic or anxiety attacks; intoxicated persons; or anyone visibly under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication. A signed liability waiver is required for entry. KUZA reserves the right to deny admission or modify access to activities at its discretion for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.

Excursion purchases are fully refundable outside of 14 days prior to the tour date. Beginning on the 14th day prior to the tour date, excursion purchases are non-refundable.
