El Cid La Ceiba Beach Resort offers a straightforward, no-frills day pass steps from the cruise pier in Cozumel. The standard pass runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and covers snacks and lunch. Snorkeling is included, with underwater highlights such as a sunken airplane and an anchor dating to 1812. Two sparkling pools overlook the turquoise Caribbean — with the cruise ship visible from the deck. A twilight pass option (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) is available for passengers arriving later in the day.

El Cid La Ceiba Beach Resort occupies a prime stretch of Cozumel's shoreline just steps from the cruise pier. This compact, intimate property features two pools and two dining venues — an international buffet and a brick-oven pizza restaurant. Its small footprint and close proximity to the ship make it especially convenient for cruise visitors.
The resort is a 5-minute walk from both the International Cruise Ship Pier and the Puerta Maya Cruise Ship Pier. From Punta Langosta Cruise Ship Pier, the taxi ride takes approximately 10 minutes.
- After completing the online purchase, day pass confirmations are emailed the same day. Guests should print their passes and present them at check-in. Passes can be purchased up to the day before arrival in port, but El Cid La Ceiba Beach Resort has very limited capacity, so early booking is strongly recommended. The balance due must be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card — Discover Card and cash are not accepted.
