- El cielo Tour duration: 5 hours (2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
- Meeting time is 15 min before the tour
- Passion Island Tour duration: 5 hours (9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.)
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their activity are not eligible for a refund.
- Meeting point varies depending on the tour, once the tour is confirmed we will send you the meeting instructions.
- If you are arriving by cruise ship, we strongly recommend taking a taxi to the marina to avoid any delays and ensure you arrive at the meeting point on time. Please note that the maximum waiting time is 10 minutes.
- Weather: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather. The tour will only be canceled if the Port authorities (Capitanía de Puerto) officially closes navigation to vessels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.
