Transportation to and from the Meeting Point
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Driver Requirements: Drivers must be at least 21 years old and present a valid driver’s license in physical form. Photographs and digital copies are not accepted.
- Manual Transmission: Buggies have manual transmissions. Previous driving experience is strongly recommended.
- Shared Vehicles: Jeeps and buggies accommodate up to four guests and may be shared with other participants. Private tours may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
- Snorkeling Age: Participants must be at least 8 years old to snorkel. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Tour Duration: The advertised duration includes check-in, the safety briefing, and driving time between stops.
- Jeeps and buggies are shared vehicles for up to 4 participants. Private tours can be arranged upon request with advance notice.
- Punta Sur Park and San Gervasio entrance fees are only included if selected during booking.
- Tour operates rain or shine, with possible adjustments in case of extreme weather.
- Meeting Point: The meeting point is outside the cruise port. Please allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your ship. Complete directions and a map will be provided after booking.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at your assigned meeting point 15 minutes before departure.
- Cruise Ship Information: Cruise guests must provide their ship’s full name and docking time when booking so the correct meeting point can be assigned.
- Alcohol & Safety: Anyone visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate.
- Waiver: All participants must complete a waiver before the activity.
- Optional Admissions: Punta Sur Eco Park and San Gervasio entrance fees are included only when the corresponding option is selected.
- Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
- Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. The itinerary may be adjusted during extreme weather or unsafe conditions.
- No Port, No Pay: If your cruise ship does not call at the port of Cozumel, you will receive a full refund.
- Maximum Weight: The maximum permitted weight is 250 lb (113 kg) per participant.
- Participation Restrictions: This tour is not recommended for pregnant guests or anyone with back or neck injuries, heart conditions, or limited mobility.
- Snorkeling Restrictions: Snorkeling is not recommended for guests with asthma, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or similar medical conditions.
- Swimming Ability: Guests participating in snorkeling must be comfortable swimming in open water and be in good physical condition.
