- An approximately 10 to 15-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi (not included, approximately $8 US each way) from the cruise ship pier is required to reach your departure location. Full details will be provided in your electronic ticket upon confirmation.
- We recommend wearing your swimsuit under comfortable clothing and shoes that can get wet. A hat, sunglasses, a towel, and sunscreen are also suggested. It is also suggested to wear a light jacket in winter months.
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible, nor can it accommodate motorized scooters, walkers, strollers, or luggage. It is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with back problems, or those who have recently undergone surgery. Guests with disabilities must be accompanied by a caregiver who has also paid for the tour. There are no weight or height restrictions to participate. An identification card of the individual who made the reservation is required. Activities depend on optimal weather conditions. Participants must be 18 or older to drink alcohol in Mexico and must have an ID to prove their age. Children ages 0-4 are not able to participate.

Excursion purchases are fully refundable outside of 14 days prior to the tour date. Beginning on the 14th day prior to the tour date, excursion purchases are non-refundable.
