Under the guidance of professional chefs, participants prepare a three-course meal from scratch — guacamole with pork rinds, huarache alambre, and tequila-infused plantains. Beverages from the bar include margaritas, pina coladas, wine, beer, and additional selections. After the meal, a tequila specialist leads a structured tasting that explores the craft and heritage behind Mexico's signature spirit. The package combines roundtrip transportation, a hands-on cooking session, drinks, and a cultural tequila tasting into one comprehensive Cozumel outing. Minimum age for this experience is 14.

Housed in an atmospheric hacienda with sweeping Caribbean views, the venue caters to food enthusiasts and cultural explorers seeking an engaging and memorable visit.
Cruise ship passengers will receive the designated meeting location and step-by-step arrival instructions on the ticket emailed after purchase. For packages that bundle transportation, print the e-ticket and show it at the specified meeting point at the arrival pier. An Isla Mia Roots tour operator will be stationed there to handle check-in and arrange the transfer.
- Booking a day pass is straightforward. Complete the online purchase and passes are delivered by email the same day. Print the passes and bring them along, as they must be presented at check-in. Passes can be purchased up until the day before the port call, though Mi Mexico Lindo has very limited capacity and early booking is strongly recommended. Mi Mexico Lindo enforces a reef-protection policy: sunscreen, sunblock, and suntan lotion of any kind are prohibited, as these products can enter the ocean and harm Cozumel's extensive coral reefs. All guests must shower before entering the water. Long-sleeved UV-protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses are the recommended alternatives for sun protection.
