- This tour does not operate on Wednesdays.
- Wednesday Tours: There is no boat service on Bacalar Lagoon on Wednesdays. On Wednesdays, the boat portion of the tour is replaced with a visit to Cenote Azul and a Lake Shore Beach Club, where you can swim and enjoy the waters of Bacalar from shore. The regular Bacalar boat itinerary operates on other available days.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
- The tour includes opportunities to swim in Bacalar Lagoon and its cenotes. Life jackets are provided for the boat experience.
- Transportation vehicles can accommodate foldable/collapsible wheelchairs only. Non-folding wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
