Transport is not part of the day pass package. The Harbor Club is roughly a 30-minute taxi trip from the cruise terminal, where cabs are readily available. The address is Rodney Bay Marina, Gros Islet, St. Lucia. Upon arrival, guests check in at the front desk. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and cash in USD or XCD. Plan to leave the property no later than 2 hours before the ship's scheduled departure.

Bookings must be completed online at least 24 hours ahead of the visit. After purchasing, the day pass becomes available to print and bring along. An email confirmation with pass access is also sent. A printed pass must be presented at check-in. Spots are limited, so early booking is strongly encouraged.
