Transport is not part of the day pass package. Royalton Saint Lucia is approximately a 35-minute cab ride from the cruise terminal, where taxis are easy to locate. The property address is Smugglers Cove Drive, Cap Estate, St. Lucia. Guests check in and settle any remaining balance at the front desk. Payment options include credit cards, debit cards, and cash in USD or XCD. Allow at least 2 hours before the ship's departure when leaving the resort.

Restrooms and outdoor showers are located throughout the grounds. The Diamond and Hideaway sections of the resort are off-limits to day pass holders. Bookings must be placed online a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Once purchased, the day pass is immediately available to print and carry along. An email confirmation containing pass access is also provided. A printed pass is required at check-in. Availability is tight, so reserving early is recommended.
