Transport is not part of the day pass package. Coco Palm is about a 25-minute taxi ride from the cruise terminal, where cabs are readily available. The property address is P.O. Box GM605 Castries LC02 501 Saint Lucia, W.I. Guests check in at the front desk upon arrival. Credit cards, debit cards, and cash (USD or XCD) are accepted for any additional on-site purchases. Plan to leave the property at least 2 hours ahead of the ship's scheduled departure.
- Towel stations are set up beside each pool for guest use. A bathroom and shower facility near the pool area is available, along with additional washrooms on the property for changing. Bookings must be made online at least 24 hours in advance. Once purchased, the day pass is immediately accessible for printing. An email confirmation with pass access is also provided. A printed pass must be shown at check-in. Availability is limited, so early reservations are encouraged. Note: this property does not offer beach access.
