The atmosphere centers on laid-back enjoyment, with poolside lounging and stretches of white sand framed by palm trees.
Roundtrip transfers from the cruise terminal are included. A driver meets guests at the guest services waiting area at the port, holding a sign displaying the Bay Gardens logo and the guest's name. For ships docking at 9:00 AM or earlier, the shuttle departs between 9:30 and 9:45 local time. Later arrivals are picked up within one hour of the ship docking. Travel time to Bay Gardens Beach Resort is roughly 25 minutes or more depending on traffic. The return shuttle leaves from the hotel lobby 90 minutes before the ship's departure; exact timing is confirmed at the front desk on arrival. - Bookings must be completed online at least 24 hours before the visit. After purchase, the day pass is immediately available to print and bring along. An email confirmation with pass access is also sent automatically. A printed pass is required when checking in at the resort. Spaces are limited, so securing a reservation early is advisable.
