The resort emphasizes a casual, fun-filled environment with poolside relaxation and palm-lined white sand beach access.
Roundtrip transfers from the cruise terminal are included. A driver meets guests at the guest services waiting area at the port, carrying a sign with the Bay Gardens logo and the guest's name. Ships arriving by 9:00 AM trigger a shuttle departure between 9:30 and 9:45 local time. For later arrivals, pickup occurs within one hour of docking. The drive to Bay Gardens Beach Resort takes approximately 25 minutes or longer based on traffic. The return shuttle leaves from the hotel lobby 90 minutes before the ship departs; the precise time is confirmed at reception upon arrival. - All water park participants must be at least 6 years old and a minimum of 3.5 feet (42 inches) tall; life vests are mandatory regardless of swimming ability. Bookings must be placed online at least 24 hours before the visit. After purchase, the day pass is available to print right away. An email confirmation with pass access is also sent. A printed pass is required at resort check-in. Availability is limited, so booking early is strongly recommended.
