Barumini Su Nuraxi and Wine Experience
The Nuraghe of Barumini is the symbol of the Sardinian civilisation dating back to the Bronze age (from 1800 B.C. and the Roman age 238 B.C.). It is a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1997. This incredible fortress consists of 5 large towers, surrounded by a village of circular houses. It is amazingly extensive and well preserved. ALSO AVAILABLE WINE EXPERIENCE (cost not included in the tour fare to be payed directly to the winery according to the tasting you will choose) At a brief drive from Barumini, among unspoiled fields where farming and shepherding traditions thrive, we will then visit the Olianas estate vineyards and winery, 30 hectares devoted to native Sardinian wine varieties.
