Taxis are readily available at the cruise terminal. The drive to the resort takes roughly 15 minutes and costs approximately $15 to $20 per direction. Despite the short distance, allowing a two-hour buffer before the ship's scheduled departure is recommended.
- After completing an online purchase, day pass confirmations arrive via email the same day. Guests should print their passes and present them at resort check-in. A government-issued photo ID is required for anyone 18 and older, and the credit card holder must show a valid passport for card verification. Cash is not accepted — balances must be settled by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Note that American Express charges can only be processed in Mexican pesos. Day passes remain available up to the day before the port call, though limited availability makes early booking advisable.
